In reply to shino. Hi, I'm facing the same problem after reinstalling the game. I tried looking for solutions related to this game online, but I didn't find anything. I also tried solutions related to the Microsoft Visual C++ Library, but they don't work either. I believe DataConfig is the only .xml file in the game's directory, but I would like to know where you found the forum post that mentions the settings.xml fix.

Hello. I have a problem to run this game. After installing game and run launcher exe, massage `Failed to initialize engine ( Runtime Error)` appears and down it. I found solution in somewhere forum. edit setting.xml. But I cannnot find it .xml file. Anyone can solve it?
