For anyone having issues with playing ISO CD-ROM games all you need to do is download WinCDEmu which attaches a virtual drive to simulate the CD-ROM. It’s simple to use and easy once you set it up. There are tons of tutorials online on how to install. Here is a link to the Official WinCDEmu website https://wincdemu.sysprogs.org/download/
or just search the name for yourself.
