I’m having the same issue as well

I managed to install the game and open the launcher, but when I press the play button, the screen goes to black after 2 seconds (I do hear the music from the launcher, but am unable to see anything). Any ideas what the problem could be? Thanks

Can’t install. It says:
Cannot create directory.

Sorry did you try force reinstalling clue finders 4th grade.
under _setup.exe. it might be that it is using a new letter partition
like moving from D to Z. if you reinstall should solve this problem.

The first time it ran and i played it. i just tried to play it again and it said that I needed the cd for it…

can you please give more details on this front. like screenshots.
for 3 years i have never seen that error and people had emailed me a lot of strange stuff.

i have been testing over 200 the learning company games for about 3 years. i have not seen that error.
some are not available on here for reasons of pearly software. or 2 under shady legal issues based on copyright like zoombinis.

Microsoft keeps removing old code from Windows 3.1.
so nawer windows 10 Builds might have issues because of this

I was able to download it, but wasn’t able to set it up. It kept saying Error 434.
