how to run/open this game?? there was a message “the program can’t start because binkw32 dll is missing from your computer” after I opened ConflictGlobal.exe.. whereas from this zip file there was only an iso file

I want to tell a problem
I downloaded this game on my pc and right when the download finished it opened A LOT of files so I had to turn off my pc and when I opened my pc again I found that the game has errors in the files and won’t open. It also deleted four of my games ( bf(v),ow2,fortnite and hl1)
It also has torjan horse virus.
Please respond asap
