You’ll need to emulate an old PC, but it’s actually pretty easy, I just did it for the first time and it took me about two hours. I installed DOSbox-X and mounted a Windows 3.1 operating system on it. The instructions are in the DOSbox-X wiki, but basically you create a folder on your PC that the DOSbox uses for the windows installation, then you follow the steps for installing the video and sound drivers, also easily step by step on the wiki. And it works!
