I have exactly teh same problem. Unmounted all the disc, mounted only ATREIDES and still asks for CD. No clue what to do.

for the 1.09 patch I found that the version from moddb ( https://www.moddb.com/games/emperor-battle-for-dune/downloads/emperor-patch-109 ) works on Windows 11, after having problems with the one from this paradisaic oldgamesdownload page + archives.org. Thank you very much for making all those old games accessable!

If you have a problem saying DirectX Action not supported when trying to install the game – follow this step, it worked for me perfectly: https://www.play-old-pc-games.com/2017/09/14/emperor-battle-dune/. Basically it will ask you to copy the “SETUP” folder from CD onto your desktop and download an alternative Setup file for that folder. Note they made a mistake in the thread, its SETUP folder you wanna copy NOT INSTALL.

Guys, we are in 2021 now. Deamon tools was used like 20 years ago 🙂 Win10 has built in possibility to mount ISO.

Hi, there. Who has the problem to install the game, I recommend you to download the virtual disc software such as DAEMON Tools, once you installed try to mount 1.Install Disk then try to install from the virtual disc again. have fun.
