the ripped version works with Dxwnd. took some fiddiling but it works and suprisingly isnt laggy. Thanks for the upload!

I get a weird error when trying to play this game
“cannot open the global compound file (name=hooligans)
hooligans storm over europe will now be terminated
does anyone know how to fix this?

my windows antivirus found a backdoor at the moment of running the setup. dont know if its a false positive or a real virus

I am struggling to play this game on windows 11. I have tried downloading powerISO , wincdemu but none of these are exactlky working! honestly a little tutorial on how to play this game would be amazing

I think the best way to play those games is under Linux with Wine (windows layer, sort of system emulation). For older games (like DOS games) the best is DOS box emulator.
