if the ogg.ex file doesn’t work for someone, go to compatibility mode and set to windows 98

I can get it to launch and run via the Never7_English_CD.exe but the audio doesn’t play. It crashes after launch if I run OGG

I can’t start the game. I downloaded the preinstalled version, i’m trying to run
“Never7_English_OGG.exe” but after i click start, nothing happens
