It does not work with Redream, but it does with Flycast. After installing Flycast, go to Settings, Controls, and under Dreamcast Devices make sure that Port A is set up like so: Sega Controller -> Sega VMU -> Microphone. Hope that helps!

It cannot be played using Redream. It works with Flycast. After downloading Flycast, go to Settings -> Controls -> Under Dreamcast Devices for Port A make sure you select the following: Sega Controller – Sega VMU – Microphone.
