use Power ISO. Open the .bin with Power ISO and mount to a virtual drive. you have to open the .bin in the Power ISO program, right click short cut won’t appear.

Windows 11 here, other then the .bin file, there is a CUE Other File (VLC) It does not recognize it as an ISO. Suggestions?
