The On-line manual can be found in \Help\Eng on the CD. To view use an Adobe 
reader, which can be installed by running AdobeRI.exe in \Help. 



Actua Soccer 2 notes for hardware-accelerated versions
------------------------------------------------------

Voodoo Rush
------ ----

Voodoo Rush chipset users please note that unless the Windows desktop
is set to a 16 bit colour mode, some problems may be encountered.
We recommend that Voodoo Rush users do not utilise task switching as
some users may experience difficulties.


3Dfx
----

Actua Soccer 2 supports Glide 2.43 and higher. If you have problems running
the game with your current 3Dfx drivers, you may need to install an updated
version from the CD. To install the updated Glide runtime driver kit, run
the grtvgr.exe file in the \Drivers\3Dfx folder of the Actua Soccer 2 CD.


3Dfx owners may run the game either in native 3Dfx mode (Glide) or Direct3D mode. 
We recommend that you do not repeatedly change between these two modes while running 
Actua Soccer 2, as this may cause problems on some systems.



Users with Internet access can also download the latest 3Dfx drivers from
http://www.3dfx.com, or from your card manufacturer's website.



PowerVR
-------

If you experience problems running the PowerVR native version of Actua
Soccer 2, you may need to install a newer version of the PowerVR drivers.

- If you have a PCX1 card (eg. Apocalypse 3D), you will find new drivers in
  the \Drivers\PowerVR\PCX1 directory on the Actua Soccer 2 CD.

- If you have a PCX2 card (eg. Apocalypse 3Dx), you can find new drivers in
  the \Drivers\PowerVR\PCX2 directory on the Actua Soccer CD.

Users with Internet access may also be download the latest PowerVR drivers
from http://www.videologic.com, or from your card manufacturer's website.

D3d
---

Actua Soccer 2 will support d3d devices with a minimum of 4Mb memory.
If video memory is low you may see a reduction in image quality at high 
resolutions, this is due to texture compression for extended compatability. 

2Mb Card users, Actua Soccer 2 will run in low-res 320x200 to 640x400 but will
always use texture compression in these circumstances.

If you experience problems running the d3d versions, you may need to upgrade
your d3d drivers from the relevant card manufacturer.
