1. Gamespy Multiplayer Key Code: 

A key code for multiplayer use through Gamespy is included in the package and must be entered the first time you launch the game.

Please ensure that your video card drivers and version of DirectX are up-to-date before contacting technical support.

Note: The installation process may take a few minutes. During this process your computer should not be performing any other tasks at this time. It is strongly recommended that you disable or pause your antivirus software before you begin the installation process to prevent the program from “hanging” or “freezing” and possibly ending up with some corrupted game files.
