* Windows Me/98SE 128MB RAM
* Windows XP/2000 256MB RAM 
* 800mhz Intel Pentium III, Celeron, or AMD Athlon processor.
* 8x CD/DVD-ROM Drive
* 700 MB free hard disk space
* Windows swapfile
* DirectX 8.1 (included)
* 32MB Direct3D Compatible Video card and DirectX 8.1 compatible driver
* DirectX 8.1 Compatible Sound Card

     2. HARDWARE ISSUES

SOUND
1.  If your game is crashing or you are experiencing sound problems, make sure to update the drivers for your sound card. You may also solve some sound problems by lowering or turning off the Hardware Acceleration on your card.

Do this by going to Windows, selecting "Control Panel", "Multimedia", "Playback Advanced Properties", "Performance"

Set the Hardware acceleration to either "None" or the line next to "None".

VIDEO
1. Regardless of your video card, make sure to download the latest drivers from your manufacturer.

INPUT
1.  ALT+TAB may cause some game instability with some hardware configurations. We do not recommend using  ALT+TAB to switch between the desktop and the game.

IHRA Professional Drag Racing 2005 was designed to run at 800x600x32bpp resolution. If you have a computer that exceeds the minimum system requirements you may be able to run the game at a higher resolution.  Please note that some of the help key text may become harder to read at higher resolutions.

To set your resolution for IHRA 2005, use the config utility found in the IHRA folder on the start menu.
