Follow the dispatcher's voice instructions to complete missions. The active mission is outlined on icon bar below. The arrow on the top will help you to go to mission area. The color of the arrow shows you how close you are to the mission goal. After completing all missions you will be rewarded! ===================================================================== Controls Keyboard Mouse ===================================================================== Accelerate Up arrow Left button Brake Down arrow Right button Turn left Left arrow Move left Turn right Right arrow Move right Siren+turbo acceleration Space Bar Third (middle) button --------------------------------------------------------------------- Toggle the mission bar on/off F5 - Resize the screen + or - keys (Software mode only) Show/hide map TAB Exit game ESC - --------------------------------------------------------------------- Joystick or steering wheel control is supported automatically, if it is properly installed and currently connected to your machine. ===================================================================== Playing tips ===================================================================== To change vehicle to the police car, ambulance or fire truck just drive inside the appropriate station and come to a complete stop. If you want to drive faster, press the siren down and hold it. Your current vehicle will then have a much faster top speed. In addition to the added speed, when you use the siren, you also indicate, that you are now in emergency mode: - Other drivers will pull over, to free the road for you. - People start to point in the direction of the emergency when you are close to it. - Some gates, which are normally closed, will open. To make a sharp turn at high speeds, continue to hold "turbo", then start turn and press the brakes (turbo+turn+brake). The Mission arrow on top always follows the roads, if you think you see a shorter way, then use it. There are many places where you can drive off road. **HINT** Try parking your car on the monorail track on top of the mountain, and wait for a while. You will see why... ===================================================================== System Requirements ===================================================================== Minimum System Requirements: Windows(r) 95 or Windows(r) 98 or Windows(r) 2000 operating system 4X CD-ROM Keyboard/Mouse Minimum Specifications: 166 MHz Intel(r) Pentium(r) 2 MB VRAM video card (only software mode is supported) 32MB RAM Recommended System Requirements: Windows(r) 95 or Windows(r) 98 or Windows(r) 2000 operating system 8X CD-ROM DirectX(r) compatible sound card Keyboard/Mouse/Joystick/Steering wheel Recommended Specifications: 400 MHz Pentium(r) 8MB VRAM Direct3D(r) graphics accelerator card (PCI or AGP) 64 MB RAM ===================================================================== Technical Notes and Troubleshooting ===================================================================== Make sure you have the latest drivers for your video/sound card.
