Battle Plan Symbol Editor Version 1.01

-Adds the ability to copy and automatically scale a symbol from zoom 
 level 3 to zoom level 2 or zoom level 2 to zoom level 1.

            Copy Level 2 to Level 1

This feature saves you the trouble of having to draw a symbol twice.
Draw your zoom level 3 symbol first then copy it to level 2.
