I.  MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

The following information outlines the minimum hardware requirements 
needed to run the game:

Platform:
Windows 95/98
DirectX 7.0 or higher

System Requirements:
Minimum: Pentium 200 MHz - 32 MB RAM
Recommended: Pentium 300 MHz /w MMX with an 8 MB 100% Direct 3D 
Compatible 3D Accelerator and 64 MB RAM or better system 


Hard Drive Space:
Installed footprint: 70 MB
Recommended free HD Space: 100 MB


Video Requirements:
Minimum: 2 MB Video Card
Recommended: 8 MB 3D hardware accelerator
NOTE: Video Card must have 100% DirectDraw and Direct3D compliant 
drivers.  Check your video card manufacturer's website for the 
latest drivers for your card.

Other Hardware:
4X or faster CD-ROM drive
DirectSound compatible Sound card

NOTE: "Michelle Kwan Figure Skating" requires DirectX 7.0 or higher 
to run properly. If you have not previously installed DirectX 7.0 
you will be prompted to do so at the beginning of the installation.  
This will require you to reboot your system at the end of this 
portion of the installation.


II. TROUBLE SHOOTING:

A. Make sure you have installed the most recent drivers for all your
hardware before playing the game as this will help avoid most issues.

B. Question: I'm getting low frame rate when playing the game, what's 
wrong?

 1) Did you try defragmenting your hard drive before installing the 
 game?
 2) Do you have multiple applications running in the background? Check 
 your Taskbar and see if applications can be closed or disabled such as 
 Virus Scanners and other utilities. Programs running in your taskbar 
 use system resources. To check your system resources, right-click on 
 the My Computer icon, select Properties, Performance. If your System 
 Resources are less than 80%, you may encounter performance problems.  
 You can resolve this by closing the other running applications.
 3) Choose a lower screen resolution setting by selecting SETUP GAME 
 from the Michelle Kwan Figure Skating Toolbar located in the Start 
 Menu.  For optimal performance, we suggest choosing SOFTWARE for 
 Rendering Device and 512X384X16 for Resolution. 
 4) Did you set all the details settings in Options to low?	

III.  SET UP GAME PROGRAM
This program will allow you to modify your screen resolution and 
rendering device.  It also has an ADVANCED SETTINGS feature.  
We advise only advanced PC users modify these settings. Here you will 
be able to modify additional software settings to help the software 
run better on certain systems.

IV.   ACCESSING THE EA Website
Additional information on Michelle Kwan Figure Skating is available 
on the Electronic Arts Website. You can access this website by 
going to HTTP://WWW.EA.COM.
	
V.   PRINTING
Michelle Kwan Figure Skating will work with any printer that is 
properly configured in Windows.  For best results, we recommend a color
printer with at least 600 X 600 dpi resolution or better.
