Welcome to "Sethi and the Crown of Egypt".
PC / compatible version (Windows 95 & Windows 98)

Installing the "Sethi and the Crown of Egypt" CD-ROM.


INSTALLING
When you insert the CD-ROM in the CD-ROM drive, your computer (Windows 95 & 98) recognizes its presence and displays a window which gives the choice of:

- Install: click on this button to begin installing the various elements needed for the "Sethi and the Crown of Egypt" program to function, and follow the instructions.
You can also install the program by double-clicking on "setup.exe" (usually on D:), which can be accessed from Windows Explorer.

- Exit: 	click on this button to exit and leave installation until a later time.
To access this window again, simply click twice on the icon for your CD-ROM drive, or remove the CD-ROM from the drive and then insert it again.

You can run the application by clicking on Start, Programs, Montparnasse Multimedia.

If the program has already been installed:
When you insert your CD-ROM, the program is recognized.
A window appears: click on "Run" to start "Sethi and the Crown of Egypt" or click on "Exit" to cancel.

- By default, the application can be accessed via the following path:
"Program Files/Montparnasse Multimedia/ Sethi and the Crown of Egypt / Sethi and the Crown of Egypt.exe"
- To exit the application, you can press Ctrl-Q, Alt-F4, or Esc on your keyboard.


UNINSTALLING
To uninstall "Sethi and the Crown of Egypt", you should follow these steps:
- Start menu
- Settings
- Control Panel
- "Add/Remove Programs" program
- "Install/Uninstall" tab
- Choose "Sethi and the Crown of Egypt", and then click on OK.

The program is uninstalled.


MONITOR
This program operates in 800x600 and thousands of colors.

MEMORY
To run, "Sethi and the Crown of Egypt" requires a configuration with at least 48 MB RAM available for the application. In order to have the maximum amount of memory available, close any applications that are running, memory-resident programs and background tasks (network, fax/modem) before running "Sethi and the Crown of Egypt".
If this is not sufficient, try to free the system of all elements that are not used, if necessary by revising the StartUp group in Windows, then reboot.

ADVICE
* The screensaver does not recognize this program while it is running: we advise you to deactivate the screensaver so that you are not inconvenienced by this while running "Sethi and the Crown of Egypt".

* Before starting the program, ensure that no other programs are running.
Take care to keep your CD-ROM clean: only handle it by the center and edges.
Place it in its case after use.
Check that it is clean before inserting it in the CD-ROM drive.
