p.s. I have an older pc with win 10 and run both single and multi without any problem

1. You need to copy motogp.exe from fairlight folder
2. Install patch 1.1 for this game
3. Run this game on windowed mode for correct widescreen
4. either turn off the crowds in settings or you can install dxvk which will fix them just copy d3d9.dll from x32
5. To get a fullscreen you can use lossless scaling or borderless gaming software(i used lossless scaling and don’t know about much borderless window software)
6. You can use reshade with vulkan setting to improve graphics
