You can solve that downloading WinCDEmu, you can mount the .BIN file and play the game, check out this link: https://oldgamesdownload.com/wiki/install-games-on-windows/

Shareware version had a setup.exe file which installed it as an app. Still couldn’t run it after trying to open in win XP compatability mode (I’m using win10). Pity.
