How to play on Windows 10
- Download and Extract Desperate_Housewives_The_Game_Win_ROM_EN.7z (Note: this is the dutch version of the game)
- In the Game Files folder, Open CD1 Folder and mount DH Disk1. Right click the setup file, go to properties and run the setup in compatibility with Windows XP (service pack 3), and as an administrator.
- When prompted, mount CD2 and continue the setup.
- Once the installation is completed, move desperatehousewife.exe from the “Crack” folder to the game installation directory.
- Change compatibility of the game to Service Pack 3 and run as administrator.
- Play the game

I don’t know if you still need to know after 3 years, but I used daemon tools lite and it worked. But I’m stuck at the last step where you need to put the crack file in the installation directory.
See i got both disks mounted and i go the game to fully run and save. one time. now when i try running as administrator im getting the exact same error as everyone else.

This game is full of glitches, I never managed to play it… I heard there’s a bug on episode 7 where you can’t save. Try searching the Internet and see if you have a temporary fix…

If I recall you need a crack, but I was never able to get this game to work. It is very glitchy
Every time I try to play this game it shows up for less then one second and then completely disappears. Can someone please help?
This also happened to me. Did you ever get it fixed. I cant seem to make mines work. And I followed all the steps 🙁
