Game Description

Empire Earth is a real-time empire-building strategy video game developed by Stainless Steel Studios published by Sierra On-Line in November 2001. The game has two sequels, Empire Earth II, published in April 2005, and Empire Earth III. The game also has a spin-off named after it, called Empire: Dawn of the Modern World, which has the same developers and genre. In principle, Empire Earth is similar to Age of Empires, with the major difference being that it offers a range of ages ranging from prehistoric ages to technological ages of the future.

    for those having trouble with win 10 try this in the settings:

    direct 3d hardware tnl for the display driver
    800X600 16 bit resolution
    model detail medium
    verticle sync
    effect detail medium
    only compatiblity setting i used is run as admin

    I opened the set-up file but all it did was open a weird blank notepad thing. The title was “Untitled – Notepad2 (Administrator)”

    I need some help. I do not use mega, as it does not work for me. It is a horrible service, especially when using the app. I have to wait for it to download by literally watching it the entire time. I can’t even turn off my phone without the fear that it will start over. So can you please make a mediafire link?

      That’s because it’s a rar file containing the installer lol. It is infact the complete game with expansion 100% playable

    Please i need help
    I am running win 10 with the latest updates, and after running the compatibility trouble shooter on all the exe files and applying the settings i can boot up the game successfully but the moments i enter the settings screen or start a game, the game freezes and i can’t close it without shutting down or logging off of my account, so please someone give me a link to a patch or a forum or anything that can help me run this game. (ANYTHING please)

    when i try to open the zip file, it doesnt prompt me for a password it just asks what application to open it with and so far every answer is wrong. please help.

      you need to download winzip or equivalent then unzip the file then open it… bozo here was trying this for like… 2 hours tonight lol finally figured out my computer doesn’t have unzipping software predownloaded. once you do that you should be good.

      How to play on Windows

      Click on the download button. It should redirect you to your download (usually a .zip file). Make sure you download the file properly and that your internet does not disconnect while downloading.
      Password for the .zip file is: oldgamesdownload.com
      Extract the contents of the .zip file to your desktop.
      Run “setup_empire_earth_2.0.0.14”. Go through the setup steps

    everything works fine, except when I run the game. When I get to the game screen (after selecting all the options) the screen freezes. It sounds like the game is going on in the background, but the mouse pointer won’t move and none of the characters on the screen move.

    When i start up a match i run into the problem of the games frames droping over any movement of characters. When its not on the units in game the game runs great. Just curious is there something that i can do to change this?

    I installed the game as shown but when I double click on the icon nothing happens. I can see just for a second the little image of Empire earth but after that nothing. I tried to modify the compatibility (windows vista), to run as administrator, to restart the pc and to uninstall and install again…nothing.-…

      after u have click many times in the application of the game.
      one option is:-
      go to task Manger(right click on the start menu bar and select Task Manager)and then “End Task” all the files that has logo of Empire Earth of Its Name Like Sierra, etc.
      Then run it.
