Game Description

Freedom Fighters is a 2003 third-person shooter video game for the PlayStation 2, GameCube, Xbox and Microsoft Windows. It was developed by IO Interactive and published by Electronic Arts. The game is set in an alternate history where the Soviet Union has invaded and occupied New York City. The player takes the role of Christopher Stone, a plumber turned resistance movement leader, fighting against the invaders.

    if anyone is having problems with “true colour” and Direct3D not being able to create objects, then do this
    >Right click on your desktop
    >Tap appearance; check the values of your resolution e.g. ‘1366×768’
    >Go to the game folder
    >Under the application named “Freedom”, there will also be a configuration file with the same name. Open it with notepad.

    go to the games file and go to freedom..the one that says configuration settings as the type..look for resolution and mine worked on 640×480..this solution worked for me..i couldnt find the freedom.ini and i thought it was missing a file but its just freedom and it should say config setting on the side

    I’m able to run the game but as soon as I pick up any gun I don’t know what happens. The player starts to switch between the plumbing tool and the gun and it keeps on happening. I’m unable to switch to gun neither am I able to shoot or aim. Please help!!!

    it says ” Try changing the resolution of color depth” the resolution is fine as recommended, now the color depth 😐 where can i find that?
