Rowling’s novel Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets and the film of the same name. It was the last Harry Potter to be game released for the Game Boy Color and also the last Harry Potter game to be released on the PlayStation.

How to play on Windows – Method 1

  1. Download the file called Harry_Potter_and_the_Chamber_of_Secrets_Win_Files_EN.7z and extract the folder inside
  2. Open the extracted folder. Go to “Game Files” and launch “Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets.exe”
  3. Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets should now launch

How to play on Windows – Method 2

  1. Download the file called Harry_Potter_and_the_Chamber_of_Secrets_Win_Setup_EN.7z (870.5MB) and extract the folder inside
  2. Double click on Autorun.exe to launch the game setup. When asked for a serial key, use
    1500 8368512 6523563 7055
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions and finish installing the game
  4. Open the folder called “crack” and copy the “game.exe” file. Go into the installation directory and paste “game.exe” – it should ask you to replace the files which already exist. Select yes.
  5. Double click on “game.exe” and Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets should launch.

    Hi, (I’m sorry if I’m posting my problem twice, my first comment doesn’t appear and I’m not sure if something went wrong) I managed to install the game and get it to work by adding a fix for Windows 10, however every time I try to open it I get the question from User Account Control of whether I allow the program to make changes to my device. I’m already running it as administrator and can’t figure out how to fix it.
    Also, after closing the game and coming back I found out that it didn’t save. Tried a couple more times and keeps happening. Can it be solved?

      Update: I’m not sure how but but I figured it out. The User Account Control warning keeps coming up, but other than that everything works perfectly.
      Thank you so much for providing this game (and the instructions to install), I played it a lot in my childhood and I’m so happy playing it again!

    Hi, I managed to install the game and got it to work by adding the the fix for Windows 10. However, the game doesn’t get saved: I played for a while, closed the program and when I went back the files were empty and I had to start again. Does anyone know how to fix it?
    Also, could it be because every time I open it Windows hits me with the “Do you allow this to make changes to your device?” message? I always click yes and I’m running the game as administrator, but I can’t seem to get it to go

    i got this to run with the second method but initially experienced major lags that made it nearly unplayable. BUT there was an easy fix that worked for me:
    someone posted a video below “How To Get Harry Potter Games 1-3 Working on Windows 10 (+ Extra Graphical Improvements and Fixes)”. I didn’t particularly care about changing the resolution or anything, but I followed his instructions about editing the game.ini file’s framerate setting to 60 instead of 30. The game still lagged when I started it up again but then I just opened the menu, went to the sound and video options and changed texture detail to medium and color depth to 32 bit. The window blinked out for a second then came back perfect without all the choppy lag that made it impossible to move. It’s running exactly how I remember now. 🙂

    YOO THANK YOU!!!! Took me like 3 hours of feeling like an idiot and continuesly messing up but OMG it was so EASY!!!! now that ive done it. i could redo it again it under 5 minutes. seriously. if your having issues. dont overthink it just follow the steps word for word and ITLL WORK been playing for hours n hours now omg im a kid again THX!!!

    Ok so the preinstalled download for windows doesnt work. 2nd, I can use the windows setup file to install the game, but it will not launch. It says I dont have admin privs even though im logged into my hidden win10 admin profile. If I try to use the “run as admin” option, nothing happens. This game is broken, it doesnt work. Site admins, please fix the preinstall download to be an archive download like all the other hp games.

    Update, so I got the setup file working, turns out, step 4 is very important. that said the preinstall doesnt work

        Have you copy the game.exe file in crack folder and replace the file in system with that copy ? you can’t run the game if you didn’t do that. Have you fixed that?is it working?

          In my case, it has nothing to do with copy crack, it simply did not recognized the folder due to the folder name. Apply the crack only after you have completed the setup.

          Yes.maybe try to redownload it or try a different location to extract game files because this game set up works fine.

          Thank you for responding. I already know what caused it and show how to fix it up there, so it’s fixed. It’s not that I haven’t figured out how to fix it yet. Don’t worry mate.

          I can crack the game my self if I wanted to.

    I got a ‘catastrophic failure’ notification when I get to step two of method two. Has anyone been able to get past this?
    Also, when I try to download the file for method one, I get taken to an external page that says ‘Item not available.’ Can anyone help please?
