Getting Started
With your PC switched ON, insert Taxi Racer CD into your CD-ROM
drive. Wait until installation window appears and follow on-screen
instructions.
Note:
If the installation window does not appear on screen after having
inserted CD in the CD-ROM drive, simply double-click on the
“Work station” icon on the desktop, then double-click on the
TAXIRACER icon (or the CD’s icon) then on the “Setup” file to reach
the installation menu.
• Keep the surface of the CD-ROM free of dust and scratches.
• Do not expose the CD-ROM to direct sunlight or leave it near a
radiator or other heat source.
Starting the Game™
Choose “Taxi Racer” item under “Start\Program Files\Stellar Stone
LLC” path in the Windows menu.
Be aware that to run game your PC should meet following minimal
system requirements:

Intel Pentium II 233 processor
32MB System RAM
100MB Free Hard Disk space
AGP 3D accelerator card with at least 16MB Video RAM
Mouse
Sound Card
Windows 98 or Windows 2000
Microsoft DirectX version 8 installed.
Microsoft DirectX can be found on Taxi Racer CD in \DirectX
directory.
Controller configuration
Taxi Racer can be played with either a keyboard or driving wheel. To
use driving wheel in the game, please be sure that drivers for driving
wheel is installed and is up to date.
Keyboard is configured as follows:

city filled with impatient clients who wanted to be driven to their
destinations.

Troubleshooting
SHADOWS: some graphical cards show a very big shadow behind the
cars. If this happens Go to the option menu and turn all shadows off.
Look after your Taxi Racer Disc. Compact Discs are robust but not
invincible, so handle them with care.
Do not leave the disc near heat sources or in direct sunlight or excessive
moisture.
This game requires DirectX 8 compliant AGP 3D Accelerator card.
Game is not working with following cards:

3DFx Voodoo 1, 2, Banshee
nVidia Riva 128
Matrox G100, G200
If you play the game, turn the card off.
