providing a full set of module tables. To access this manual,
select Online Manual from the AutoPlay Screen, and then
select the Book icon. Or you may open up the Malkari CD, click
on the Stuff/Manual folders then double left click on the

VIDEO CARD ISSUES:

-If you have a video card with the ATI Rage Pro chipset and you
experience cursor dropping, here is a workaround from ATI's
website:

Go to My Computer/Control Panel/System/Performance/Graphics and
set the Hardware Acceleration slider to one notch above none
(basic accelerator functions).

POWER SAVE:

-If your monitor's power save feature comes on, it may interfere
with game play.

CUSTOMIZING VOICES

You can customize the voice files in Malkari if you wish to do so
by following these steps. See note #2 at the bottom before
proceeding:

1) Using Windows Explorer, go to the directory where you've
installed Malkari (C:\I-Magic\Malkari by default)

2) Open the Sounds directory.

3) Open the voices directory.

4) Open the directory which corresponds to the guild whose voice
files you would like to change.
G1 = The Crimson Dawn
G2 = The Emerald Combine
G3 = The Blue Talon Corps
G4 = Golden Order of Reason
G5 = The Diamond Cooperative

5) This directory will consist of a number of .wav files with a
name of x##.wav where x is a letter from 'a' to 'e' and ## is a
number from 1 to 38.

6) Substitute your custom 16 bit .wav file for the file you wish
to replace by giving it the same name and overwriting the file
(you may want to copy this file someplace else in case there are
problems).

in the game
