MEGAMAZE CD-ROM Notes


MEGAMAZE can be run directly from the CD by changing to the 
CD drive and running MM.BAT.  MM.BAT will run megamaze with 
the following default options...


	SOUND		ON
	SOUNDCARD	Autodetect
	SOUNDRATE	22050 
	JOYSTICK	OFF


If you prefer to customize your options, install the program to 
your hard disk using the command INSTALL.  INSTALL will ask
you to configure your options and then will copy the program and 
necessary files to your hard disk.  To run the program after an
installation to the hard disk simply CD to the installed directory
and type MM.  The program will start with the configuration you
have selected.


Once the program is installed on your hard disk you may change
your settings by running the INSTALL program again.  This time 
the installer will simply update your preferences.



Performance


If you are running on a 386-20 or slower machine you should use
the lower 11025 audio rate option.  This will improve the overall
performance of the game.  If you are still experiencing sluggish
performance turn the audio off completely.  



Joystick Calibration


When enabled, the joystick autocalibrates.  However, for accurate
joystick movement you must move the joystick to all four corners
anytime during the game (either on a menu or while in a maze).
