TROUBLESHOOTING
**************************************
1) The Alt+F4 key combination does not work.
* We have disabled the above key to prevent you from exiting the game accidentally.
2) The screen saver does not work.
* We have disabled in order to avoid any accidental interruption to the game.
3) The graphics are corrupted.
* Probably the game is working in 3D acceleration software mode. In order to
solve the problem you should:
- Check whether 3D acceleration is enabled in actual Windows9x configuration
- Check whether your 3D acceleration card is installed correctly
- Otherwise consult the documentation and software supplied with your card
about the correct loading of the drivers, or contact your card manufacturer
4) No music is played in the background.
- Check whether your sound card is installed correctly
- Check whether the audio-cable from CD-ROM is connected to the soundcard
5) The playing of the movies doesn't work well.
- Check whether your cdrom-drive is at least quad-speed
- Check whether the cdrom drivers are correctly installed
- Check whether the cdrom is configured well:
Go into the Settings option on the START menu, select CONTROL PANEL,
SYSTEM, PERFORMANCE, FILE SYSTEM and then CD-ROM.
Please find below a menu where you can enable read-ahead buffering of
the CD-ROM (if it's not yet enabled). Select the setting that matches
your CD-ROM drive's speed (2X, 4X etc.). You can also change the size of the
buffer, usually the bigger this is the better the performance will be.
