2. Troubleshooting
Screen Resolution/Colour Depth
To take advantage of the colourful graphics found in Rugrats Print
Shop, we recommend running your computer with a minimum Windows
setting of 800 x 600 pixels and Colour Palette set to High or True
Colour. To change this setting, right-click on the Windows desktop
and select Properties. Click the Settings tab and adjust your
Desktop Area and Colour Palette.
Fonts
This product does not support the Large Fonts option found in the
Windows Display Properties settings. To change this setting,
right-click on the Windows desktop and select Properties. Click
the Settings tab and change the font size to Small Fonts. Click
Apply, and then click Yes to restart your computer for the changes to
take effect.
Drag and Drop Operation
Drag and drop operation is not supported when running Rugrats Print
Shop with another version of The Print Shop. However, this function is
supported with other applications.
Printing Stickers
Some Avery labels might have different names than your
projects. For example, Avery Business Card labels can be
used for Trading Card projects, and the Avery 3.5" disk labels
are used for character stickers.
You can print up to 65 labels to a sheet, depending on the paper
stock you are using. You can also print just one, or a selected
number of stickers. Click one of the stickers, or select several
of the stickers in the preview area by holding down the Shift key as
you click, and then click Print. To print the entire page of stickers,
click Select All.
Printing Large Projects
Some printers may not be able to handle large projects, especially
long banners or stickers with many objects on them. If you experience
printing problems, try removing some of the objects from the project.
