|| 05 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ):
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
if you do not see your question/answer or need help with the answer, please
see [06 TECH SUPPORT] below on how to contact us.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

1Q) I changed the resolution option or some other settings and now the game
     won't run.

1A) Use the safe mode link in WWIITC's start menu entry or
tankWWIIsafemode.exe in the program directory to revert your setting to
the lowest settings and start the game, where you may then change your
settings. If you are using a 64bit CPU, you can use tankWWII64bitsm.exe

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

2Q) The sound in the game sometimes screws up. I hear static, the same
sound repeating over, sounds play while the game is loading or sounds
just don't play. The game won't load or when I play it just goes back
     to windows.

2A) Just like video cards, sound cards have drivers too. The first thing
you should do is go to the web page of the manufacturer of your sound
card and download the latest drivers. If that doesn't work go to the
"start" menu in windows, then select "Run" and type "dxdiag" and click
ok. This will run your windows DirectX tools. After the DirectX tools
load, go to "Sound" and turn you "Acceleration" down to "Basic" for
     your sound card.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

3Q) What are the different game exes, like tankWWII64bit.exe and
     tankWWIIsafemode.exe?

3A) There are 2 sets of game exes - 1 for normal users and 1 for users with
special 64bit cpus and operating systems. Each set contains a normal
game exe and a safe mode exe (for an explanation of safe mode, see
Question 1). Both normal and 64bit users should be able to play the
     game using tankWWII.exe.

	Normal: tankWWII.exe
	Normal Safemode:	tankWWIIsafemode.exe
	64bit: tankWWII64bit.exe
	64bit Safemode: tankWWII64bitsm.exe

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

4Q) I'm having technical difficulties. What do you suggest?

4A) Confirm that your computer meets the system requirements listed above.
You will need to make sure you have the newest video drivers for you
card. A list of video card manufacturers and their web pages are listed
below. Go to the web page of the manufacturer of your video card and
download the latest version of your video card's drivers and install
them. This fixes graphical problems 99% of the time.

||    07 TIPS
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

1) To control straighten the tank out just hold down the space bar and it
will bring you chassis around to where your turret is facing. This is a
good way to control the direction the tank is moving.

2) Navigation Map (hit tab): shows your next objective as well as where your
   Tank is at all times.

3) Crosshairs: shows exactly where the Tank is aiming.

4) Make sure to pickup armor/ammo whenever you destroy an enemy tank.
