    Hello,

    After extracting the files to my PC folder, I open the application and every time this message appears- The code execution cannot proceed because binkw32.dll was not found.”

    What steps do I need to take to fix this issued?

    I got the game running now, but I can’t seem to get the Good Campaign to run,

    Every time I try, the screen goes black, and when I minimize the frozen game, it shows an error window that says:

    “An unhandled exception has occured.

    A minidump file has been saved to C:program filesliquid entertainmentWar of the Rings(tm)rings 1.01.0011 01.23.2023 5.37.07PM.dmp”

    When I click the “OK” button, the only button it shows, then it exits the program entirely. And so I can’t seem to access the good campaign. Anyone know why this is or how to fix it?

    I can’t get past the first small window with the options for play and visiting the website.

    I click “Play” and the window closes, with nothing happening beyond that. Anyone know what’s wrong?

    Evil campaign – Uruk-Hai if you are stuck, this is what I did, not sure what actually made the difference: turned down from Hard to Easy, used base orcs with no armor/weapon improvements.
    What did not work: saving and reloading the save, reloading the game, trying anything that units can do in game, starting scenario multiple times (with orc upgrades) on different difficulties.

    I can’t unpack the ZIP folder due to corrupted files.. Irony is that I have the actual CD but no CR-ROM so here I am. First world problems 🙁

    Hello guys I am new in installing old games. I installed, CD key worked, downloaded and installed patch, copied binkw32.dll as in the crack folder it said that file was missing, then launched crack but nothing happened. It asks me permission, tries to launch for 0.0001 seconds and nothing happens. I tried to launch the game from CD or Icon on the pC, still nothing. I’ve seen someone mentioning a guide for installation in the comments but cannot find any, would you please send it to me if you have? Thanks a lot and have a nice day you all

    So how do you actually update the game?
    I followed the steps, mounted the image, extracted the installation files,
    ran the setup and used the CD key, then copied the original file not the crack one,
    but everytime i try to run the game it says CD required, although i have both images mounted as virtual disks. How did you guys update the game?
