Game Description
The Punisher is a third-person shooter video game developed by Volition and published by THQ. It was released in 2005 for the PlayStation 2, Xbox, and Microsoft Windows; a mobile phone game was also developed by Amplified Games and released in 2004. The game stars the Marvel Comics antihero, The Punisher. After his family was murdered by the Mafia, Frank Castle devoted his life to the punishment of criminals. Players take control of the titular ruthless vigilante to track down and kill criminals.

How to play on Windows
- Download and Extract The_Punisher_Win_ROM_EN.zip
- Open “Game Files” folder
- Open “CD1” folder and mount “The Punisher cd1.bin”
- Run “setup.exe” – begin installing game
- When prompted, mount CD2 and then CD3
- When installation is completed, copy “pun.exe” from the “NoCD” folder into the game installation directory
- Play the game

To anyone Having trouble with the bin files I found a solution, and that
would be this https://crystalidea.com/anytoiso/download. It’s a free
software that can convert bin files to iso files and it completely
solved my issue. The rest of the problems you can find a solution for
are on pcgamingwiki.

do you know how or why i can’t find startup.exe?
Not to sure what startup.exe is. After turning the bin files in to iso files, I mounted the iso’s and installed through setup.exe and that was it for me. I guess it’s wherever you installed the game for instance I have a special folder titled abandonware for games like this which is where it’s installed. Normally the games installs under Program files (86)/THQ/The Punisher.

When opening mounted drive, it says settings have been applied for compatibilty, when I open again it says the same thing and will not open. I got the same issue as aaronmcnamee.
