    when I try replace “Sims.exe” pops up the window “please login with administrator privileges and try again”. What can i do with it?

      Are you the admin on your computer? If you have multiple user profiles set up on your computer that you choose from when you turn on your computer and log on, you might be using a profile that isn’t set as the admin. That can be changed in the admins computer settings

    If you’re going to ask for help for some major glitch in the game, I highly recommend reading this.

    If this whole comment section is any indication, the game has aged very poorly in the technical side of things–and as a result, it’s super unstable in later versions of Windows, particularly Windows 10. I highly recommend setting up a Windows XP VM in something like VirtualBox and installing the game there–it’ll take extra work, but will spare you several headaches in the long run.

    Whenever I try to open the application and click on play, it says ” Please insert the correct CD-ROM, select OK and restart application”. please help me, I’m stuck on that error message. I haven’t been able to start the game.

    Anyone had issues with a file called “L?mig.txt” ? It is giving me an error that says “The file name, directory name or volume label syntax is incorrect.” This file is located in …The Sims CreatorReadme. After this error the installer removes pretty much every file and I can’t play the game.

    this wont even install for me, i click on install and it does nothing,can anyone help with this issue.

    Never mind, i know what it was, a audio driver thing, i have had issues with even new games with that.

    Been playing a family for days and suddenly I can’t save the game and going to downtown/old town/studio, the game always crash and back to desktop. And this only happened to one family, please help me. 🙁

    i’ve installed the game and i’m at part 5 (open the the file called “The Sims Crack” and drag & drop the “Sims.exe” to the directory where you installed the game (by default this is: C:Program Files (x86)MaxisThe Sims). When the popup appears telling you the file already exists, you want to select “REPLACE”) When i drag and drop it says create shortcut rather than replave. Im at a total loss. This is inside the sims folder.

      Hello! I did every steps and it is working like a charm! 😉

      It did to me same thing too. You just have to copy the file “Sims.exe” (in The Sims Crack) by clicking the right mouse button and “Copy” and go in your directory files (by default: C:Program Files (x86)MaxisThe Sims) and “Paste”, you will be asked if you want to replace. You click YES to replace.
