After installing The Sims, can we play other additional packages? Or can we directly play the additional package we want?

    Go to The_Sims_Complete_Collection_Win_Setup_EN >> The_Sims_Complete_Collection_Win_Setup_EN >> Game Files >> Setup

    Start does nothing. You’re welcome.

I once had this perfectly running on windows 10, but after replacing my hard drive I can’t get this to work with game sound. I’ve done all of the same installation steps as far as I can remember. The music is there, but no matter what I do there are no voices or sfx. Please help me out, I’m dying to play this again but it’s not the same without sound

When I open the game it’s super zoomed in. I’ve gone into properties > compatibility and changed the resolution to run in 640×480 but it still isn’t working?

Now, open the the file called “The Sims Crack” and drag & drop the “Sims.exe” to the directory where you installed the game (by default this is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Maxis\The Sims). When the popup appears telling you the file already exists, you want to select “REPLACE”.
Right click on the setup.exe file and select create a desktop shortcut

Ok im about to help all of you guys out, when it asks you to save it and it give u the (browse) option make a whole new file so everything goes there. Also make sure the folder is on ur desktop so u know where to find it. Once installed go to the folder that says crack something, don’t open it just click copy and paste it on top of the folder u saved all your stuff to on your desktop screen. The it’s gonna ask u to replace, click yes and there u go

For those who tried to run start.exe (2nd step) and nothing happened, as I first did, it’s: Setup (folder) -> setup.exe

I guess I can open the game…? But it’s super zoomed in, I can’t click anywhere, and I can’t even go back to my desktop. Does anyone know how to fix that ?

I had an error trying to run this, so I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I tried to go through my control panel to uninstall it, and an error keeps popping up and aborts the uninstalling process. I can delete the files, but not the game itself in my control panel. I can never uninstall this then?

sadly i think its because it causes the graphic driver to crash due to the resolution changes.
I don’t think it supports alt-tabbing without issues
