    I played the game once then closed it again. A few days later I wanted to start it again but then the error came: Could not find The Sims data directory.
    What should I do?

    im unable to play the game whatsoever. i follow the instructions until it gets to the start.exe. it doesnt give me a prompt to enter a code at all, doesnt let me install the game and gives me an error message saying “The InstallShield Engine (iKernel.exe) could not be launched. Interface not registered.” tried to put the crack file into the maxis folder, there was no folder. made one, tried to run the shortcut, still didnt work.

    try copying the file that is inside the crack folder. Then paste it into the maxis folder where you are supposed to replace the file.

    This download seems to be very broken. The download is not in a zip file and instead opens as a regular folder with different names. There is no “start.exe” option and has the sims to play but upon clicking on the icon nothing actually pops up.

    Hey, y’all gotta see this. there’s another complete collection, which is called super deluxe(not like super deluxe containing deluxe edition and house party) It seems to be more well known in South Korea somehow. hope it helps!!!

    I never got the option to save a shortcut to my desktop. In the file folder on my desktop, where do I go to create one? Also, when I open the crack folder, there is no file marked setup.exe. How do I run as admin so I can play the game?

    I can get the game started, but then get stuck on the neighborhood map with each of the expansion packs “being added” on loop.
