    Help me, please!
    The game says “Please insert the correct CD-ROM” when i have the ISO file mounted (Windows 10, using PowerISO to mount)
    Any ideas?

      I mean like technically it is, but EA doesn’t really seem to give a crap if you download this stuff or not. Doesn’t really look like they have plans to remaster it anyway.

    I downloaded it today, it all worked fine up until actually playing the game. The start-up menu appears and when I click play nothing happens, the game never loads up. I’ve changed the compatibility mode and run as admin but it still doesn’t work.

    I followed all the instructions but when I go to run the game nothing happens. I’ve downloaded it and input the code and everything was smooth until the end. I’m not sure what to do to make it actually launch. Any suggestions?

    there is not one thing i do on the instructions list that will run this sims file. 🙁 does anyone have any suggestions? when i click start exe absolutely nothing happens, when i try and run the game it wont even let me attempt to put in a code 🙁 is there any other way around this?

    I installed the game but whenever I try to run it gives the screen a yellow tint. I have to exit the game and enter color management in the control panel and apply my default color scheme again for everything to go back to normal. Also I cannot do that while the game is running, it says there is a hardware change. I’m on Windows 10 running XP Service Pack 2 for compatibility. I have a NVidia graphics card and an integrated Intel one, it happens with both. It doesn’t happen with any other games so it’s a Sims issue.

      I’m having the same problem. It’s showing up in my task manager as a “background program” rather than an active one.

    I tried to download The Sims Crack and was connected to a pop up saying Could not find the sims data directory. How can i fix this please help thanks.

    Downloaded the game, it works perfectly. Except having trouble creating and moving sims in, as they disapear and the dialogue box with the options disapears too, anyone else having this problem? or it just a bug?

      before you start the game, click run as administrator , there’s that scarecrow that doesn’t have enchant option, that was also a bug, I have fixed the file taught by someone else, i remade the item in transmogrifier and it has enchant option came back, but with different name and price so is easier to tell

        I run the game as administrator but the game did not saved and evey time I create a sims and tried to move in to a house, they don’t seem to exist. They disappeared everytime I moved them in a new house. And there is always problem saving and quiting the game.

    So I downloaded the game and got up to step 4 but when I try to place the crack file into the directory it only says “you can’t make a shortcut here” Anyone know how to fix this?
