    Hello, I have downloaded everything and I’ve extracted the files. When I try to open the “start” file nothing happens. I tried running it in compatibility mode for Windows XP and still, nothing is happening. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you.

    Has anyone else other than the comment I saw has the issue of loading the game but the expansion packs just keep on loading on and on. I’m not sure what to do

    This is hopeless, the sims that I created did not even exist everytime I moved them in a new house. And the game was not saved at all… Did you have these problems??

      Have you tried running the game as an administrator?

    Why is everything so small?? Does anyone know how to fix that? Maybe I’m just totally oblivious, but I can’t seem to find information on it anywhere…

      I also encountered this issue on my wife’s laptop, but was successful in starting the install on my desktop PC. I am not sure what the difference was.

    hey, ive downloaded this succesfully on my laptop it works great. ive also put it on my sons computer, it seems to crash every time i try and go to magic town etc. anyone know how to fix this?

      mine is not working, it just says PLEASE LOGIN WITH ADMIN PRIVILEGES AND TRY AGAIN,, what do you mean by that??

        Admin privileges means the admin on your computer. So for example one user on every computer is assigned ‘administrator’, you need to either be on that account, or use their password to play the game.
