How to play on Windows

Note: TrackMania is very incompatible with modern systems, and you may experience crashing and glitches.

Download and Extract TrackMania_Win_Setup_EN.7z
Run TrackmaniaSetup.exe – the language will not be in English but just click “Yes”, “Next” and then “Next” again
Click on the dropdown menu and select “English version” then click on “Next”, “Next”, “Next” and then “Accept”. When the installation finishes, uncheck the box and click on “Finish”.
Go to the game installation folder and launch “TrackMania.exe”
Launch the game

I don’t know why but RaceC1 crashes.

Edit: Change shadows from PC3 to PC2

Thanks. Changing PC3 is greyed out for me. Clicking “Disable Shadowbuffers” on main settings window fixed it for me.

  All Rally stage stuff crashes, shaders is greyed out and disable buffers didn’t work either. On Win10

It’s russian

The setup had lots of weird letters and the only normal word there was ‘TrackMania’

Note for those who use Windows 7,8,8.1 and 10. Do NOT install the Powerup/Newest version of the game beacuse game will be unplayable. In order to play it, you have to use virtualbox and start up Windows XP.
