any suggestions as to how to bypass the “please insert disc” security error that appears after mounting the game to the virtual drive? i have the launch app and everything ready to go, just can’t seem to get past that pesky issue.
when i download the game, the actual game itself doesn’t show up in my files. the game files are there in a folder but the game itself isn’t? i don’t know if i’m doing something wrong
how tf do i play it tho
from what I gather it seems like the game is protected by SecuROM which basically detects whether or not you’re using a disc image or the physical disc to prevent people from playing the game unless you have the physical copy. upon doing research I’ve found a software called CureROM which can bypass it/prevent your computer from detecting SecuROM. I have no idea how to use this program but I guess it’s something i’m gonna have to learn. I’m sure there’s someone knowledgeable in the community that can provide a tutorial since it seems they’re pretty hard to come by
