How to play on Windows 10
- Download and Extract Desperate_Housewives_The_Game_Win_ROM_EN.7z (Note: this is the dutch version of the game)
- In the Game Files folder, Open CD1 Folder and mount DH Disk1. Right click the setup file, go to properties and run the setup in compatibility with Windows XP (service pack 3), and as an administrator.
- When prompted, mount CD2 and continue the setup.
- Once the installation is completed, move desperatehousewife.exe from the “Crack” folder to the game installation directory.
- Change compatibility of the game to Service Pack 3 and run as administrator.
- Play the game

i’ve got the same problem- “The code excution cannot proceed because blinkw32.dll was not found.” looked over the steps but i’m not sure what i’m missing
Whenever I try to open the game, I get an error message wthat says “The code excution cannot proceed because blinkw32.dll was not found.” Does anyone know how to fix this?
I had this error a few minutes ago but somehow fixed it. Do you have Daemon Tools downloaded? Make sure you open the “disc 1” and “disc 2” files in Daemon to mount them. It took me through the installation process after that, I got them both installed fine, but now when I try to run the game I get an error message- “please install the original disc instead of a backup.” Running as administrator and Windows XP! Anyone have a solution?

I also have the same problem 🙁 I could somehow play it and after saving and leaving the game, I couldn’t start it again 🙁 So I will download and try again.
Can someone please help me? ive mounted the game and installed it but i cant find any crack folder 🙁
Got stuck under the stairs in chapter 3 and i can’t move at all.
Finally got past all of the issues people have listed but the game opens for one second and then closes.
Can anyone suggest options to fix this?

What program do you guys use to mount your discs? I think my game wont start because of the second step (I’m unable to run the setup in compatibility with service pack 3, I’m using daemon tools lite) I do everything else correctly but the game just flashes for a second and then shuts down 🙁

im using alcohol 120 to mount the disks and during setup when I need to mount disk 2, alcohol 120 wont mount it until ive closed out of set up. then itll mount disk two but when setting up I hit the same issue with needing to mount disk 1. is there a way to mount both disks? or am I doing something wrong?
got it done with WinCDEmu but now I have extracted the crack folder and don’t know where the game directory is to move the file and launch the game. when I try to launch now it just says please insert the original disk instead of a backup
where is your crack folder? when i install mine it doesn’t come with a cracked folder 🙁
