  2. Fixed my original Issue. It appears compatibility: Win 98/ME and Reduced color mode 16 bit with Full screen Optimizations off. After the game starts up you need to go to settings and change the render to software. Some of the compatibility may not be needed, I fiddled with it for half an hour before getting it working and don’t feel like finding what isn’t needed.
    Edit: Your last screenshot of the game has the graphical glitch that what I describe fixed in it actually.
