cant even download this, gets to install and then nothing happens
having the same issue
I got the game to install but the graphics are all messed up. Like the clothing has holes in it and some of the girls are missing hair. Any idea how to fix this? I’m on windows 10
my only idea would be that this was made for the older computers like the windows 98 and such, a while ago i ran it on my windows 7 and it was fine, not quite sure about now but its all i can think of
Probably that’s caused by the API this game uses, Directx7… modern GPUs and Windows don’t support such old API and try to emulate it with poor results.
There are programs called wrappers that can fix that. One pretty famous is dgVoodoo2, look for its website and a tutorial in google.

i have windose 10 and it worked without any glitch and i didn’t use any vm
the game took 3 hours to finish
Has anyone gotten this to work on Windows 10? I can’t even launch the installer, it claims I don’t have enough memory (I obviously do). I’ve tried it on virtual machines of older operating systems, but some DirectX incompatibilities with VirtualBox have made it virtually impossible to get it to run. I’ve tried compatibiltiy settings on Windows 10, but nothing changes. If anyone has any other ideas, I’d love to hear them. I used to love this game as a kid and I’d love to be able to play it again.
I also tried to use VB and any compatiblity in windows 10. Noting seams to work.
I tried using windows 10 today and nothing, even reinstalled. Installer would not pop up at all.
try reinstalling and check the task manager for any unwanted apps running
btw had the same problem and its fix now, also try restarting ur pc

when i mount the CD and try to run the launcher/installer nothing happens once i give it permissions. it’s so weird. has anyone else had this problem?

I was able to download fine but how do you get it up and running?
As pat of my old games bender, I saw this and immediately had to get it. It takes a little bit to download (no more than thirty minutes) and graphically it’s smooth and just like it was back then. There is an issue with the characters stuttering and at one point a cutscene never stopped me and Barbie ran into the void (XD). Other than that, easy to download and run!
What windows do you play on?
Windows 10 64-bit. Like I said, ran smoothly other than one or funny glitches. I don’t think I ended up using compatibility mode, but I if I did it was with XP or Vista.

As is from the file link. I believe I used compatibility mode, but it otherwise worked smoothly and as I remembered!
