how can i open it i have a emulator but i dont know how to open it

Yes but you need an emulator such as Duckstation or retroarch.
game works really well but does not save.
You have to save it using the emulator you use, not with the “Save Game” option the game has. For example, if you are using RetroArch (which I recommend) you have to press F2 when you want to save the game. Then, if you close the game and open it again, you’ll notice that it starts from the beginning. This is because you have to load your game first from the RetroArch menu.
