Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines is a first-person shooter video game based on the film of the same title, with elements of hand-to-hand combat in third-person perspective. It was developed by Black Ops and published by Atari, Inc. for PlayStation 2 and Xbox in 2003. An isometric shooter version was released for the Game Boy Advance on November 18, 2003. A puzzle game was also released for mobile phones. The game was also going to be released for GameCube, but was eventually canceled.

I downloaded the game, but cannot figure out how to actually start it. I cannot find a “launcher” or a .exe file. How do I play the game? All I see are information files
You have to run this game in a ps2 emulator. it isn’t a PC game so it won’t have it’s own launcher. You will open it through a ps2 emulator. Hope this helps.
