    I downloaded the game and i get into the menu and every neighborhood works except Pleasantview. When i try to play it the game crashes. anyone know how to fix this?

      There are different mods that can help fix neighborhoods that might be corrupted (sometimes through no fault of your own!). I would recommend checking out a Sims 2 related forum and seeing if you can find one that works for you!

      Hi. I have checked out the tutorial and got the sims 2 to perfectly work on my laptop, but I literally cannot find the ikea stuff pack to delete to add the other. I need help

    HELP. I have this game installed on my laptop and it works fine but I got a gaming PC and installed it the same exact way and it just crashes every time. I’ve tried a few fixes mentioned here such as changing it to open as a window instead of installing the dxwesetup, I’ve also tried doing a combination of those and it still crashes. I have been playing just fine and I really want to continue, if anyone has suggestions I’d be grateful!

    A few things:
    – can’t get dxwebsetup to unzip. However, the game loads without it.
    – random strangers come into my house at all times of the night, use my tv, sleep, play in my yard, etc.
    – can’t woohoo no matter what the relationship is.
    – i’m not totally sure all of the content that’s supposed to be included is.

    Hi I downloaded it and i did the installation properly, but i cannot run the game. It says something about directx 9, but i installed it from game files already. Please can you help me do you know how to fix it? 🙂

    It wont let me change my screen to a higher resolution. please can anyone help?

    I tried looking at tutorials for it but the tutorials on youtube was either installed manually or installed by origin at the time

    when I run the game, I don’t see any of the neighborhoods. The only thing I can click on is “Create Custom Neighborhood” but it says “There are no simcity 4 terrains available for import. Please place your simcity 4 files in the following folder: C:UsersAdminDocumentsEA GamesThe Sims 2SC4Terrains

    Any thoughts on how to fix it?
