    Anyone else getting an issue where when they load into a world or shortly after doing so the game immediately crashes every single time? i have no idea why it keeps doing this and almost all fixes i look up doesn’t seem to help

    Whenever I open the game it only opens with Mansion and Garden. I go into Program Files and find the listings for all the expansions and the base game but clicking on them asks me to insert a disk. How do I play the whole game?

      the loading screen is determined by whatever the last pack installed is, its the full game, it just says mansion and garden

    I tried to follow the decoration to update the res file for this but when I go to save it after following the instructions it tells me I don’t have the admin rights to do so? So I am stuck in 800×600

    Hello, Oldgames. I hope you’re doing well. I’ve downloaded Sims 2 Ultimate Collection here before, and it worked. I was able to play it and download CC. Now that I have a new computer, a Predator PO5-650, I’m having problems. I was able to complete steps 1-5. Step 6: I went to the Redist folder, clicked on dxwebsetup.exe, and tried to install it, but it kept saying I ‘don’t have Network Connection’ even though I have internet. Is there something I’m doing wrong? Can you please help me? I would miss this game and would love to install it. If anyone else wants to help, feel free to jump in!

    So if you want to start a new save like completely fresh. Don’t go where all the other website tell you to go cuz it won’t be there.

    to find a fresh new save you have to find neighborhoods in Programs Files (x86) THEN the “Mr DJ” file. NOT under EA Games or Electronic Arts or Origin Games that’s for people who bought the game….

    then you replace the neighborhood file you’re Deleting/Saving under Documents/EAGames/TheSims2/Neighborhoods with the one you found in ProgramFiles(x86)/MrDJ/TheSims2UltimateCollection.

    The Neighborhoods are number so Pleasantview is N001…you can google the rest

    Not having any luck getting it to start. It shows only a black screen for a few moments, then turns dark blue and lists an empty error message and crashed
