    The download was successful, but when I went to extract with WINRAR, it says it can’t find it. This will be the fourth time I delete and redownload this game. I’m getting to my breaking point because I’ve read through the comments and tried disabling my firewall, antivirus, and restarting my computer. None of this worked and I’m just about over it.

    i really need help, everytime that i open the game it doesnt have the starting map(veronaville ect) i tried to download some of the terrain and put it in the sc4 file but everytime that i try to run the map it crashed after the pet loading plss help

    Hi, I’ve noticed that this repack has every bugfix patch installed except for Nightlife’s one, the version included is 1.2.0.3112, but the latest version is 1.2.0.355.
    This is quite serious because EA’s .exe needs a disk to patch the game and obviously we don’t have one so there is no way to patch it, and we are exposed to Nightlife bugs, some even causing game corruption.
    Please help…

          well use grumpy loader to patch. somehow i got it to work. there are iso for the original sims 2 hosted in this site too if u need it.

          Yes, I do, but I’ll have to recover my account.
          Nightlife EP from here is not an ISO file, I suppose I would need a program to convert it and extract the files from there, if any.
          I don’t understand why Grumpy Loader didn’t work, is it because I play on Windows 10?
          I tried many times but it always asked me for a CD even when launched by Grumpy Loader.
          I also searched the internet and no one had shared their patched Nightlife folder to extract the files from there, is there anything I can do now?

          with an app called ‘winbin2iso’ (google has it) you can convert the bin to .iso format (convert the NL EP that you’ve downloaded from this site). Then open Grumpy Loader, select the NL patch, and it will ask for cd.

          Then mount the cd1/cd2 as instructed by the screen. I have tried this before, and it works.

          Btw grumpy loader is designed to make TS2 patch work on Windows 8 and 10, and I have no problems either.

          Oh, that’s right, what a fool I’ve been. It’s been so long since I used an .ISO file that I had forgotten that they are recognized as “disks” hahaha.
