I installed the game just fine however, after I launch the game, it crashes everytime it tries to load. I’m not sure what went wrong but can someone help me?

Okay so I downloaded but I can’t play it every time I click to play it says something is wrong with the graphics, but I downloaded and installed everything the comes with the windows download. I have sims4 on my computer and that plays just fine. Any idea on why this could be happening? I’m tired of sims 4 it’s not authentic like sims 2. Thank you !

Place it in documents > ea games > Downloads folder. If the folder isnt there create it manually, name it as ‘Downloads’ wiyhout quotation mark

When I double click the sims 2 ultimate collection icon a black window appears and it takes about 8 minutes before the intro starts. After the intro is done the game either stops while the loading screen is loading or the game freezes. What should I do?

A bit out of topic but please don’t use ccleaner, especially the registry cleaner part, it can mess up your system if you don’t know what you’re cleaning.

Disk cleanup is fine but I think this guy have less than 6gb on C: drive, so please free up some space manually.

Once I have installed my game, can I move the extracted zip folder on my desktop to my D: disk? I don’t have much space. Or does it need to be in the desktop

I dont think there a problem in the game (because i had not install the game bruh) but downloading take longer. (idk if that was caused by my wifi help…………..) I remember downloading from another website that had 6 gb thingy too, but they are faster than this one. im stuck at 4-6 hours and the gb is 0.0
