    it’s asking for directx 9.0c, i’ve done the step which asks me to open dxwebsetup and download, but whenever I do it just tells me that I don’t need to and that a similar version already exists, but yet it still says I don’t have directx 9.0c, the game works if I put the directory with ” -w, but if I do that the game will remain in window mode, help please?

    For those who have no neighborhoods upon launch and crashes afterwards, try removing the TM symbol on regedit but not for sims2 only for mansion pack

    Why is this missing IKEA Home Stuff, why was this not advertised, and is it possible to install IKEA Home Stuff with the rest of these packs installed?

      there is an ikea home stuff on this website and you can try and install it, i dont know how to install expansion packs separately but you can try search a tutorial

    I can´t change the language. Followed the instructions of language change note but can´t find the sims 2 folder from “regedit”.

    I have an error saying that the system can’t find any DirectX 9.0c compatible adapters, even though I have installed the “dxwebsetup.exe” available. I have checked the version of DirectX installed and working on my computer, and it’s DirectX 12. Is this the source of the problem? And if so, how can I fix it?

    Does this come with all the patches already installed? Or is there files within the folder I need to run to add patches?? Or do I need to download the patches? Thanks for the help in advance! 🙂

    When I launch the game, it takes me to the loading screen then itll pop up with an error stating “The Sims 2 has crashes. It will now terminate” Any fixes?

    I downloaded it and installed it but only the Mansion and Garden Stuff expansion pack seems to work. In fact the link “The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection” tha has been created on my desktop upon finishing the setup points directly to the executable of that pack (SIMS2EP9.exe). If I try to manually launch the base version or any of the other expansion packs it says a disc is needed.

    I’d like to run the base version at least, any way to do that? Thanks in advance.

    The installation freezes randomly, and I have to close the installation window via task manager. I don’t know how to fix this, any suggestions?
