    Having minor issues as of 9/24/22, followed all instructions between video and the actual website but having massive visual glitches the second I load into the world map, looks totally fine when I move around the map but practically unseeable when I’m not, the game crashes when I try to open/play a household. I can’t find the patch mentioned in the comments so maybe that’s why?

      hopefully you were able to figure it out, but simply make a new folder named ” Downloads” in C:UsersademDocumentsEA GamesThe Sims 2.

    so am i not allowed to have sims 4 downloaded if i try to download this? Because it says to make sure to delete EA files but i have one because of having sims 4….

      You can’t. This is the Ultimate Collection, it is basically an entirely new game with the added packs, there is no way to get rid of them unless you download vanilla base game and the packs you want to use.

    Hi, when I download it it only downloads it as a website for internet explorer and when I open it it says the file address doesn’t exist which also means I can’t extract it. If you know of a fix then please let me know.

    Just finished installing the game and it’s working fine so far! This was easier to install than the Sims 1 Complete Collection that’s for sure

    is this actually works or not, Its always stuck or freeze in family loading and it happens to all of the families in all village when i want to make a pets and sims it crashed, i have 4 gb patch and i already tried to delete all cache files and i try to watch on yt and searching how to fix it but it didnt work. I really want to play this game in my laptop and i wasted my time just to fix this game, I hope this game really works because im waiting for a hour to download this game and i dont want to uninstall it… Please fix this problem.

    i did everything in the instructions but when i open it it shows the cutscene and then the screen goes black and it crashes. help:(((
