The Sims 2: University is the first expansion pack for the strategic life simulation computer game The Sims 2 developed at the Redwood Shores studio of Maxis and published by Electronic Arts. It was released on March 1, 2005 to mixed reception. The expansion pack adds a new aging period to Sims which is Young Adult. Once they reach this life period, they can go to University to earn a degree, allowing them to take up any one of four graduate-exclusive careers. The expansion added several key gameplay elements which have been included in all expansions succeeding it. The Sims 2: University has won two Editor’s Choice awards from syndicated game review publications.

  1. Hello, it goes right until the end up the installation. Since there is no setup file, I use autorun, which goes well until it tries to update the game and then uninstals itself. I tried it with both wifi on and off, but it still goes wrong. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I complete the installation without any problem but when i launched it to play I got the “please ensure the sims 2 university disc is in the drive…” even when I already mount the CD1 & CD2, and when I click ok, the program closed itself… i try to uninstall and reinstall and still same problem happened?

      • Yes after I mount both CD1 and 2 with daemon lite, the installing process went smooth, but after the download finish, I can’t launch the game as it say I should put the disc in the drive and restart the application..
